This is a personal favourite of mine from this particular vineyard. Basically it's their Rivanna Red wine but with a selection of various spices added to it. Immediately after you open this wine you notice the wonderful aroma with some great hints of nutmeg and orange peel. As for its taste, it has a nice complexity to it with flavours like cinnamon. This is a great wine to share with friends and is great when well chilled, but this wine is best served heated like a nice hot tea, and in my opinion hot is the best way to serve it as all the smells and tastes come out so much more. And if you're looking for something to eat with it I would suggest pumpkin pie as the spices go very well together. If you like lightly mulled wines and spices you'll love this wine so give it a go, especially at such a great price.
